By using SG Business Directory (the “Directory”), you agree to these terms.

Use of the Directory

The Directory is provided for general information. While we work to keep listings accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any information, and we do not endorse any listed business. Please do your own checks before engaging a business.

Business listings

• You may only submit a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe anyone’s rights or be misleading.
• We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
• You grant us a licence to publish and display the information you submit on the Directory.

Prohibited use

You must not scrape, copy or republish the Directory in bulk, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Directory or dealings with any listed business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
